You can be a co-leader for our troop, help another troop or even start up your own!
Ninety-five percent of volunteers say they make girls’ lives better at Girl Scouts (and that makes them happy). Eighty-eight percent of Girl Scout volunteers say their volunteer experience with us makes their life better.
Two-thirds of volunteers say Girl Scouts has helped them professionally.
Volunteers help out in all kinds of ways, both large and small. Friends and family can assist with driving and chaperoning field trips, activity planning, snacks, cookie sales, or other tasks necessary to keep the troop running oh-so-smoothly from week to week.
Help is always needed; choose an area you have interest in or simply tell us how many hours you can give and we'll find something that matches!
As a Girl Scout, you'll always be trying new things, and learning there’s hundreds of small, powerful ways you can take the lead every single day.
You could build a robot, create your own work of art, or climb a wall in the great outdoors. Every time you try something new, you’ll discover you can do more than you ever thought possible. Plus, you’ll have a ton of fun every step of the way.
