Earning the Girl Scout Bronze Award involves the time to complete a Journey, and then a suggested minimum of 20 hours building your team, exploring your community, choosing your project, planning it, putting your plan into motion, and spreading the word about your project. Girls in grades 4 & 5 are eligible.
Going for the Girl Scout Silver Award—the highest award a Girl Scout Cadette can earn—gives you the chance to show that you are a leader who is organized, determined, and dedicated to improving your community. We will start this award this year; however, we won't finish it. This is a multiple year project becuase the suggested minimum time for earning your Girl Scout Silver Award is 50 hours. Girls in grades 6-8 are eligible.
